Darlene Davis is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and has worked as an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. Her international experience includes acting in the capacity of the Rule of Law Program Coordinator for the International Foundation for Election Systems in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. In the DRC, she developed and managed a $1.6 million USD program to provide expert legal advice in the area of judicial and legal reform, counseled French speaking attorneys, judges and government officials regarding constitutional development, proposed legislation, training, governance, access to justice and justice system reform.
As an international Legal Consultant, Darlene worked with several international NGOs and foreign small businesses and conducted assessments of legal systems and laws. Darlene has also provided environmental advocacy advice and representation for the American Bar Association Central and East European Environmental Law Initiative (Uzbekistan), World Resources Institute (DRC), and World Wide Fund for Nature (World Wildlife Fund in USA), Eastern Africa Program (DRC).

Agatha Johnson is the president and founder of Africaribe Microenterprise Network, an international NGO which assists small enterprises in Africa and the Caribbean. Originally from Sierra Leone, she has worked for OICI and several United Nations Agencies in the area of enterprise development. |

Elma Shaw is a writer and filmmaker, and VIA former Communications Director. A Liberian citizen, she holds an M.A. in Film and Video from American University. She is the producer and director of the film The Love of Liberty and lives in Africa.
